Identify early adopters of a network
The social graph describes the network of friends in a social network, it can also be used to analyze and optimize advertisement (if the user agrees) – through which the especially interesting early adopters/influencers can be identified.
Advertisers can easily achieve network effects with two types of early adopters
- The Social Hub, (which has particularly many contacts): can be used to spread the advertising message - excellent for consumer products.
- The expert hub, (which is the expert in his field): can be used to implement new technologies and solutions (e.g.: iphone, VDSL, etc) - very good for experience- and search customer.
